1. What services do you offer?
We specialize in branding, website design, social media content, custom seamless patterns, and virtual assistance for small businesses. Browse our Shop Services page for details.
2. Can I request a custom service?
Absolutely! If you need something tailored to your business, please email savanna@bloomwild.studio with your request, and we’ll create a custom plan for you.
3. How many revisions are included?
Each custom design service includes up to 3 revision rounds unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee.
💳 Payment & Deposits
4. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans on select services. A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before final delivery. Clients must contact us beforehand to arrange this at savanna@bloomwild.studio.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and Afterpay (if applicable).
🚀 Turnaround Times & Delivery
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times vary by service:
- Logos, Branding, & Graphics: 5-7 business days
- Website Design: 10-14 business days
- Virtual Assistance: Based on the agreed schedule
- Seamless Patterns & PNGs: 3-5 business days
If you need a rush order, email us before purchasing!
7. How will I receive my digital files?
All completed work is delivered via email or a secure download link. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
📦 Refunds & Revisions
8. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we offer revisions to ensure you’re happy with your order.
9. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We offer up to 3 free revisions on custom services. If you need additional edits, we can discuss further revisions for an extra fee.
