Refund policy

At Bloom Wild Studio, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and designs tailored to your business needs. Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Custom Design Services (Logos, Branding, Graphics, Websites, etc.): Refunds are not available once design work has started.
  • Virtual Assistance & Business Services: If you need to cancel a booked service, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund.
  • Digital Products (Seamless Patterns, PNGs, Templates, etc.): Due to the instant download nature, all sales are final.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your order! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer up to 3 revision rounds (unless stated otherwise) to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
