Terms of service

By purchasing from Bloom Wild Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Licensing

• All custom designs, logos, and branding elements remain the property of Bloom Wild Studio until final payment is received.
• Custom graphics and seamless patterns may not be resold, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.
• Exclusive rights to designs may be purchased separately upon request.

2. Payment & Order Processing

• Payment is due in full before work begins unless a deposit or payment plan is arranged.
• Clients must contact us in advance at savanna@bloomwild.studio to discuss deposit and payment plan options.
• For approved payment plans, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  

3. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Clients must provide all necessary information upfront to avoid delays.
• Each custom design includes up to 3 revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
• Failure to respond within 7 days of a design proof being sent may result in the project being closed.

4. Digital Product Usage

• All digital products are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
• Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated.
